Merry Christmas
Hi everyone, sorry I am late wishing you all a merry christmas, wow I went missing for awhile didn’t I, you probably won’t believe me but I still haven’t finished spring cleaning the house yet! As soon as I have updated you I am off to tackle room 1 of the 4 rooms I have left. I hope you all had a great break and a good time with your family and friends, I sure did but my christmas catch up with family spanned over 3 days, then I also attended two parties pre christmas so pretty worn out here. I will be trying hard to get some cards made up to show you all but all I have today is the items I spent a lot!!! of time on prior to xmas, these were gifts I gave my parents, so here to start off is a pic of some flowers i made to go into Mum’s present,
aren’t they lovely and these are just a fraction of the flowers I have been making lately, I have used a lot of dies and punches to make these up so if you have any questions just ask, here is a pic of some of the 45 pillow boxes full of chocolate that I made for three different functions I attended,
they are stamped and then glittered, look a lot better in real life, and here is the gift I made for dad
the inside,
and closed, hope you have enjoyed seeing what I have been upto while I have been away, and hopefully it won’t be too long before I can get back to blogging more often. thanks for visiting.
taking a break
Hi everyone, you must all be pretty tired of looking at the last post, I don’t have anything to show you though and here is why
Last week I took some time out to smell the roses, I visited the roseview garden at Port lincoln, and we had a wonderful holiday which you will see more of once I scrap it. Since getting back I have been busy making personal christmas cards, shopping and spring cleaning the house which is taking me a very long time this year, can’t believe all the dust! Still have a heap more to do so it may be sometime before I can get back to posting. Meanwhile keep on crafting.
scrappin saturday zoo review lion pages
again mostly all retired product so no receipe, do you like how I used the top note left over cardstock to frame the photo, I never chuck anything out it always get used somewhere
I stamped the lion from the zoo review set into a corner for an embellishment, but this layout is mainly about the paper
hope you enjoyed todays layout, now I am not sure if there will be one next week, we have caught up and I have been busy making cards but hopefully I can get around to whipping one up but no promises.
zoo review penguin
well here is the last image in the set to be used, how’s that I managed to use them all, are you sick of seeing this set yet, there may be one more card tomorrow but that depends if I get time to make it, then there is another page for scrappin saturday and that may see this set going off for a bit of a rest.
bright isn’t it, love this paper from the frightful sight pack, it has lots of ghosts and spiders, can’t wait to use more, I have heaps of scrappin to do with this paper (for those of you who know him just think Alex!) Now just in case this is the last card this week, and I think it will be, I am going to have a little break from blogging for about a week because I really have to get my christmas cards made (thought I had enough but of course I don’t, will need to be more organised next year, say that every year but this time I am going to enlist your help we will have a xmas stamp stack in july I am already looking at dates!!!) so that and the spring cleaning which sorely needs to be finished – I’ll be back as soon as I can, with some samples from the new mini, if you need anything just email, we are also having internet problems again with drop outs but an email will get through if a phone call can’t – meanwhile I have manny trying to source the problem out. Catch you all soon Happy crafting.
